They are supported and nurtured through our structured training and development programme. Employees begin as cleaning operatives. With training and the right attitude they can qualify to become cleaning technicians. The next and highest level is cleaning professional.

Green cleaning is one of the sustainable business principles on which Handwerk Clean was founded. Our supply procurement is underpinned by these principles.

We will only buy products that are proven to have a low environmental impact. They’re better for the health of our employees and customers too as they contain none or fewer harsh ingredients.

We are designated Green Cleaning Professionals by the ISSA University of Green Cleaning. It demonstrates our commitment to our principles and our knowledge of the latest advances in green cleaning materials and techniques.

And we can pass this knowledge on to you. We’ll help you make good choices about switching to more sustainable cleaning methods. We’ll also advise you about the pitfalls such as ‘greenwashing’.
